Balance Partners is excited to announce Bob Goodreau joining the Archer Transactional Liability Team

Balance Partners and its Archer Transactional Program are excited to welcome Bob Goodreau as an underwriter of transactional liability insurance policies. Prior to joining Archer, Bob was responsible for a team of tax professionals managing all tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for a $100b medical device manufacturer. Prior to that, Bob practiced tax with both Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. In addition, Bob has four years civil litigation experience having worked as an associate general counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University, a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law, and an LL.M in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
